Getting here
On foot
A seven-minute walk from the waterfront subway stop. Come down the block with the loading docks — the door is the black one with no sign, under the freight canopy.
By bike
Twelve indoor racks in the ground-floor bay, behind the roller door. Ring the buzzer marked FREIGHT and the desk will let you in with the bike.
By car
Metered street parking on the avenue, free after 19:00. The lot two doors north honours a flat $8 evening rate for members — ask the desk for the validation card.

House rules
- 01 Towel on the bag floor, every session, no exceptions.
- 02 Wrap your hands before you touch a bag. The desk will stop you if you have not.
- 03 No filming on the floor. People are here to work, not to be content.
- 04 Bags get wiped down at the bell. Everyone, every time.
- 05 If a coach scales a round for you, take the scale. Ego is the most common injury here.

Walk-ins are welcome between classes — the desk will show you both floors and the wrap wall, no appointment and no sales pitch. Check the timetable for a gap.
